the
work of civil engineer is all around us.
we
travel on his roads. cross his bridges,
go
though his tunnels and drink the water from his reservrirs. he was worked on
every large building, he is also responsible for the structure that bring us
gas and electricity supplies and take away our waste products sewage and
gerbage.
whenever
a large structure is needed.
the
civil engineer is in control of it. from the design stage until it is complete.
even
when it is complete his work is not over, he must make sure that it is properly
maintained.
a
civil engineer must be able to survey a site.
prepare
design drawings, estimate the cost of a structure and supervice its
contruction.
he
must have some knowledge of mechanical, electrical and chemical engineering so
that he can work with experts is these subjects. he must learn all these during
his basic training. in practical work in a drawing office and on a work site..
